Featured Property
I was examining the door on the featured property picture in Baltimore, MD for $53K on the front page of TCI because all that is there is a picture of a door.

The next time someone posts their property is not selling, think about the door for a "marketing message" and why it may not be selling.

As John has sarcastically pointed out, there is a problem in the posting of pictures with property listings.
Joel is there a way to "tag" the picture that the poster wants to display??
I have found that the order I upload pictures is not necesarily the order they show in the system. I sometimes have to delete and add, delete and add, to get the correct picture at the top. It is time consuming, and obviously other property listers are having the same problem.
It is the first picture that they upload for the property that gets displayed.
It used to consistently be the first picture. However, in the last month I have notice that my first picture is moved down to the bottom with each additional picture. Then sometimes, when you add a picture it may go to the top, or it may go to the middle. The placement is not occurring consistently.
I'm not a moderator but there is no advertising in these forums and also you are not allowed to post contact information. You should change your post before it gets deleted (or worse you get banned).
