Fastest Eviction Process

What is the fastest most effective way to evict someone from your property? Should I get a lawyer to help me out?

In my area of the country, the court system is fairly efficient requiring only 23 days to complete an eviction. Your local landlord tenant law prescribes eviction procedures which must be followed precisely.

A faster way to get rid of an undesirable tenant is bribery. Pay the tenant to move.

I wouldn't hire an attorney, if you are going to be doing this I would at least want to know how to do it myself. Yuo can pick up the forms and instructions from the county clerk's office.

Offer them 300 bucks once they are moved out of the property.
