Familiar with Purchase Agreements?
Anyone familiar with Purchase Agreements in Illinois when assigning contract? Can I use a standard Purchase and Sales Agreement and a standard Assignment of Purchase & Sales Agreements....?
or...is there a law governing the use of these types of Agreements and if so what Agreements do I need and where can I get them?
Can't seem to find anwsers anywhere...Realtors don't know Jack.
