i am looking for someone who knows about the fair market value for homes in pensacola florida with 3 beds 2baths 1600 sq ft and lot size 6000+ sq ft. please help.
If you dont have any income you should probably not be purchasing a house, after all how are you planning on making the payments with no income? If I were you I would try to find a friend or family member to move in with until the clouds of misfortune pass.
Juan, you are not going to like my advice, but here is my $,02 worth:
Straighten out your personal affairs before purchasing a property. Develop an income, from birddogging, a job, etc,,, something! Clean up your credit. Pay off your bills. BORROW NOTHING until you have the stability to repay the loan.
Then, after you can survive in this world, invest in real estate where you can thrive.
Try looking at the MA Real Estate Commssion web site for your state. Most are public information and you be able to download earnest money contract forms there. Good luck!
Suggest you post this in one of the residential forums--not Multi-Family in the commercial forums.
