Definitely depends on the area, however - in the areas I invest in I can find 2/1 houses for about $200,000 and 3/2 in the same neighborhhod will go for $300,000. So here you see a percentage of 50%.... This is most likely because 3/2 are cream of the crop - thos are the easiest to sell... If you were looking at the difference between 3 and 4 beds wouldn't be that much of an increase....
