Don't know of a website, but you might be able sweet talk a realtor into giving you his or her outdated mls book. Mine did that once. She just wanted to rip the cover off with her name on it - just in case. Hope that helps. Zach

What do you do with an expired listing?

Yep, a realtor would be your best source.

Find the property owners name from public records and attempt to buy the house for less since it didn't sell and they no longer have to pay the agent fees.

Us poor real estate agents don't stand a chance, do we?

Expired listings usually end up that way because of four things:

    Price
    Location
    Condition
    Lack of Seller Motivation

Repeat item one over and over.

I'd be willing to bet that in dealing with an expired listing, you will run into sellers who are not willing to accept a lower price. Any good realtor knows that even a dog house will sell if it's priced right.
