Experienced Bird Dog in central MA!!
As a fairly new investor I have bought, held and sold a couple of properties, and have a couple of flips under my belt as well. Generally, I take a call or two each week that I simply do not have time to follow-up on, or that don’t fit my investing profile.
I am planning on new marketing campaign that I know will bring even more calls. I shall this week be calling local investors to hopefully act as their bird-dog with the excess calls I receive. Might as well turn the calls into dollars!
