hi fellow investors I just bought the john locke manual and is currently reading www.it.i am trying to understand how to approach a sub to deal with equity and with out can some of you successful sub to investors show a example deal you have done with equity and how you talked the owner into agreeing to the deal.also one without equity and how you guys profited from the deals? 8-)

Why bother trying to sub to high equity properties? Don't make your life difficult.
Besides, when you complete reading the manual you might not see all that equity your talking about.
