Example Of Prepared Hud-1? - Help

Does anyone have a copy of a prepared Hud-1 for a short sale. I always have difficulty preparing it and I think I am doing it wrong

Can’t help you with a prepared one specifically for Short Sales as I don’t do them, but here are some links to help you in preparing a HUD-1 in general.

That has been the case now for some time. Short sales are not what they were say a two years ago. It also depends on the bank that you are working with. The way I get most of them done is to show that yes I am offering full market value. Minus Realtor costs minus repairs that need to be done minus holding costs minus minus minus. There are still great deals in short sales it is just time to change the approach. [ Edited by reoconsultants on Date 08/05/2006 ]

Thanks for your reply , How would I go about figuring Holding cost. I have not tried that approach.
