Example Of A Proposal

I am currently working on a short sale with two lienholders and was wondering if I present an offer seperate to each lienholder? Do I let the first lienholder know about my offer to the 2nd lienholder? Does it matter? I would also like to get an example of a offer on a short to see what expenses you list for yourself and for the lender if they go through with the foreclosure.

Thanks,

Nathan confused

I would not let each lender know what the other is taking. One might get jealous of the others offer. If they find out , no harm no foul. But the secondary lender should be getting less of a percentage, if not the first might get insulted. I usually dont tell them unless they ask, and always after the contract is signed.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle

    thanks,
