Eviction Question

I finally found info about Ohio tax sales, but I have a question about possible evictions. Let me give the Ohio details and then I will ask my question

In Ohio, you bid on a house at a tax sale auction. If you have winning bid you must put $1,000 down (in my county) at that time. Then you must wait on the courts for the "Entry of Confirmation of Sale and Deed Distribution" which could take a few months. You are not the official owner until the Confirmation Entry is made and I believe the previous owner may redeem the property during this time. After that you have 15 days to pay the balance (in my county) .

Here is my question:
Assume I go through all of this and get a deed to the property and someone is living there (old owner or tenant). How do I get them out? Do I then have to go through an official eviction process?

I believe on mortgage foreclosures the banks get the sheriff to go out and remove the people on the spot.
