Eviction Question
I have been evicting one of my tenants since Feb. 05 for non-payment of rent. The judge gave them until 4/17 to move out; they did not move out on 4/17. On 4/18, they had all of their belongings in the house. 3 days ago, everything was gone except 15 bags of cloths and an overturned kitched table. Can I assume that they moved out, and change the locks, or will this get me in trouble.? As it stands now, I am waiting for a date when the marshall will come with a moving van and remove all their belongings, and the tenants, if they would be there still.
