Do eviction notices have to be stamped or signed by a Notary Public? (for Wisconsin)
Question 2
Where might I find a Notary Public and what might be the cost for their service of stamping / signing my documents?

Notarys are all over Bank may be your closest place to find one, Cost if they actually charge you is a couple bucks, you can probably find someone at your personal bank that doesn't. Just bring you ID. Because thats all they are notarizing is to make sure its you. If you can't get them out by evicting them yourself it'll cost about 500 for a attorney.
