Eviction In PA PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
Hi, this is my first property and now I already have to do an eviction because the lady is not paying me rent. I quess you live and learn. I want to continue with investing and will not let this get me down. My question is this. After this person is evicted from my house, what happends if they cause damage to the unit or it takes them awhile to move out and I end up with expenses due to the tennant? Can wages in PA be garnished? Is this done at the magistrate level? Since my hearing is on Dec2. this means this lady will have lived in my unit for one whole month rent free. Can I sue her for not paying rent and for breaking the lease contract and for court cost? Her deposit will only cover one month rent, so where will I get money for any damages she causes out of possible retaliation?
