eviction in CA
If you buy a property at a Trustee's sale in CA, how long would it take to evict the people living in the home (owner and family), if they clearly show no intention to leave after been politely asked to do so?

It would probably be the same amount of time if you had to evict them through a landlord-tenant relationship as well. I would guess two months from start to finish.
NOTE: Do not accept any money from them either.
