Eviction And Property Damage
I had to file an eviction; judge gave tenant 30 days to move out (until Sep end). The judge deducted the deposit for unpaid rent and added Sep rent to the judgment amount. If the tenants cause any damage how do I claim the additional repair cost from tenant?
