Escrow Vs Non-Escrow
Not sure where to post this, so I guess here is as good as any.
Anyone have any good or bad experiences with Escrow vs Non-Escrow mortgages? My last couple of I have closed I have gone the non-escrow route and am happy with my results. It shows a lower payment on my credit report and has lowered my DTI on my later loans. I pay them monthly to a seperate escrow account I set up that earns me 5% return and then just pay them myself.
Any bad experiences not escrowing with your mortgage company?
