Equity Sharing

I had a young lady contact me. She purchased her house 5 years ago for 125k but It's current value is 239k. She has 107k in equity and is only behind 7k. She has no other liens and the taxes are current. She doesn't want to sell her home and will file chapter 13 to avoid doing so. I thought this would be a good candidate for equity sharing. I have the money to pay the 7k but of course I want some of that equity in return. Has anyone done an equity sharing deal? If so, can you give me the details on how you did it.
