Equity Lenders
Hello
Has anyone here ever utilized a equity lender (downpayment Lender)? Ive heard 2 different stories... 1 good 1 bad. I dont want to do anything illegal but it seems like a great service to those with limited funds like myself.
They claim to be above board in the sense that they are really becomming your partner and buying into your company. Seems legitamate but....other have mentioned the word fraud...scares me. Please advise.

I think they will address your questions. They only deal with investors. Plus they are in your back yard. I think they will shoot straight with you.

Research Lassiter on this site and the net before dealing with them...

Thanks all for your reply.
Ive talked to a GOOD lawyer and have found that it is LEGAL to use these lenders. Its all how you set the buying enity up. I wont go into detail mostly because I dont want to mis-print wrong info ..but its legal..Get yourself a good lawyer and he will make it work.
BTW.. I talked to Lassiter and they said it was Illegal.
