I want to know where I can go to get financing to invest in investment properties in the Houston Area? A capital for start-up maybe I would like to start my own business
Thanks for your response. What is the criteria to apply for a unsecure line of credit for a new business? I am new at this. Do you have to have an established business first and where can I go to get assistance for a business proposal?
In my area the banks have stated programs for this type of credit. You would have to call around and check the banks in your area. it just makes good business sense to use your own neighborhood bank first.
A friend of mine went to a bank for capital to start a business ( he invented a new gardening product). He needed to have a business plan which included start up cost and revenue projections. You'll know if you need one once you consult with the bank. Just wanted to let you know it is a possibility. There may be some online resources to guide you through creating one (sba?). Good Luck!
Go to your bank where you do your checking and savings. Ask them for an unsecured line of credit. That would be your start up money for your business.
