Entity Setup/LLC
Hi,
I live in CA and have my properties in Texas and Utah. I just ordered a Nevada LLC. For the best liability protection, I was told to get a Texas Limited Partnership, and make the LLC the General Partner.
Does anyone know if this is a good idea?
Does anyone know how to do this?
Any advice would be appreciated.

This would fall under defrauding the lender. Title company may not know. Like with crime you take a chance if you will be caught.
