Ending The Agent's Listing Agreement WIth Form Letter?
I've read some posts and a course, where we get the seller to end the Listing with a form letter.
I've read Agent Listing Agreements and they say the commission still has to be paid, some for a period after listing ends.
Is it a given to pay to end listings?
If so, why are we working hard to eliminate the Listing, and not just going to the RE agent? Because RE agents adversely affecting negotiations?
