EHTrust™

I read about this but I could not find it when I searched the Internet. Where do I go to set it up? Is there a link to a website or would I go to any bank and they can set it up? Thanks

This is a land Trust set up in a specific way through a specific company, hence the "Trademark". It's doing things the "Bill Gatten" way for lack of a better way to put it. He'll be at the TCI conference in Orlando.

DerrickAli knows a bit about this. I'll point him to this post, and ask for his thoughts.

Bill Gattens stuff is awefully expensive. Is there another way I can read up or get trained on this subject?

    Heyshid:

    Thanks for your interest!

    You said Expensive???

How much do you PLAN TO INVEST and...

    Tell me ---

WHAT LEVEL of SUCCESS Your YOU Expect to come your Investments???

Personally I've used the NARS (Bill Gatten) NEHTrust(tm) System for almost 2 yrs now...

and I almost instantly obtained positive results:

As a matter of fact Bill G. helped me to close my FIRST NOTHING DOWN DEAL B4 I ever spent a dime on the NEHTrust(tm) system!!

Additionally, I even got My Mktg Dollars(my only out of pocket was $ for a classified Ad ) returned to me when I put a Res. Bene into the trust property + put $4K in my pocket to boot!

Soon after I became a network member.

There is a Susscess-Pack that costs about a couple hundred bucks (well worth the investment) as with anything...

    Moral:

YOU HAVE TO WORK TO MAKE IT PAY or NOTHING AT ALL (including other Programs) WILL WORK FOR YOU!

NOTE: there are No Shortcuts to RE Investing Success...Only WORK and Then Working MORE INTELLIGENTLY!

    Happy Investing!

well if I had a $529 then it would not be expensive. But when you have $192.38 in your checking account $529 looks awefully expensive.

Bill's Trust documentation is super. If you don't have the money, I have one other suggestion for you.

All land trusts are based on the "Illinois Land Trust " model. You are located in the state which does (I'm guessing ) 80+% of all land trusts. You should "look in your own backyard". For starterx, check with LaSalle Bank & Trust. They are the largerest holders (trustee) in the state of IL.
