EBAY IS FOR CRE
Just a thought here, I use ebay all the time and it saves me thousands of dollars each year.

My tools are incredibly cheap that I use for remodell and rehab.
Last month I bought a $1000 sprayer for $400 and it has already paid for itself! A rehab where it is ready to paint goes real fast with a sprayer that puts out 1/2 gallon per minute!
Fixtures can be bought at a song! $250 Delta faucets for $30-$50
I recently bought a programmable thermostat for $20 (not $200)
I have bought lights and many other doo dads for the rehab.
I think this is the best market place in the world! I built my own computer for $800 not the $3500 it wouold have cost for parts in the store.
Almost every part of my RE investing business has received something from Ebay.
Sadly, I haven't really looked much at their real estate listings, but there might be some deals there too!
If your rehabbing and looking to keep prices down it is the second best thing to this site.
