Easy Modular Home
Anybody here know of prefab modular manufactured home (not single or double wide) that is not too difficult for me owner builder to build? Hopefully easy and reasonable in price. I am in Hawaii and I am thinking of shipping here.
Have you looked in to the local rules and regulations on this? Sometimes there are issues with these types of buildings in some communities - check with your local building dept.
