East Boston?????????
beginner lookin to make a multifam purchase in Boston and make some condos in the next few years. Need a solid opinion on East Boston, any chance its the next South Boston five years from now..Real estate prices have been on the rise there, but income/overall condition of Eastie still doesnt seem to be catching up.. Waterfront condos being built, but many are low income housing.. Any opinions on this place?? Please share.
Well, the thing with Boston, is that its Boston. Look at Dorchester. Not very pleasing in some areas, but look at the prices. Unfortunatly, its the city, and prices are always going to be up. So its a good market to get into, if you can.
