Checked out the website and watched the video. Seems interesting. There is no contact information and the only links are to pages on the following websites:

    http://www.themoneymanual.com/
    http://www.customsuperhomes.com

The first is a typical get rich quick thing i'm sure and the second gives no conact information either.

    Doesn't seem too exciting...just my 2 cents.

The material is not cheap and most building departments are going to request insertion of Reee Bar as you climb towards the sky. Thats why our present system of concrete blocks are hollow, so you can insert the steel and then pour concrete. This system they might require double wall with Reee Bar in between, that doubles your cost.

When I was in China, I watched them make their own mud bricks and concrete bricks one by one. making little wood forms and throwing in a little straw and then let them dry. Great system if you ignore earthquakes and have an unlimited supply of cheap labor. That like many other systems is not applicable in our modern building requirements. To salvage my little tiny adobe hut from 1787, I had to cover it in a mesh, and then smear on the concrete mix with a trowl. Ohhh that was fun.

You have to break the labor cost on new systems and that is why me, dumb, fat, old and ugly Lucius Foster is involved with Containers. They are already built so labor saved. Only foundations, hook up and interiors. on the 30th sale I am going to cut the interior cost by going into a semi assembly line doing the interiors etc. I want them to arrive on site. Park and attach to foundation and hook them up to sewers, septic tanks and the ever popular electricity. That's it. Labor cost way way down. All my Chapinos will be Proprietors.
