E-book Will Not Unzip

I have winzip 8.1 already installed. When I click to unzip the archive, it claims that the archive is damaged and I should re-download, which of course I cannot do.

How do I remedy this problem?

Are you sure the file is a winzip file and not another compressed format?
I can take a look at it for you and send to you decompressed if you like

the file as the .zip extension:

    TCIW402e71206b713.zip

Unfortunatly I can't re-download as they only let you do that once.

I definitly paid for it so if you could send me the uncompressed file I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks!

Don't know who you got the ebook from, but if you got it thru TCI there is a good chance you can get tech support to reset the download for you. I had the same problem when I purchased John Lock's birddogging book. I emailed both and him and tech support and guess what?? He responded faster than tech support did. LOL... He sent me the ebook via email and I had it within 3 hrs.

    Hope this helps.

The TCI support staff can walk you thru this. If you continue to be frustrated with the EBook, and want to upgrade to the soft cover version that includes updates, inserts, and an hour of ECoaching, let me know.

some of the files also come in with that file extension, but you need acrobat reader to open them If you dont have acrobat, it is a free download. Get it and try to open the file again.

    Greetings 3sheets,

Try going to the following URL...
    http://www.stuffit.com/win/index.html

You can download a trail version of StuffIt Expander, which will open .zip files -- as well as .sit and .sea files.

    Hope this helps.
