DYI LLC In Utah? How Do I Do It?
I can't afford an attorney or CPA. I know I can set up an LLC for myself, but where's the instruction manuel? <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif">Particularly those of you here in SLC what is your advice? Is there a book in print or something (website) that walks you through the process step by step?

Your library, Amazon, Borders, etc. probably only have a few dozen or so, books on how to DYO Inc'ing & LLCs.
And the simple little DYO Inc.kit you'll find at Office Depot basically has all the info ncessary for all 50 states.
You've read all those? And searched the archives on this site ?
Seriously, suggest you look before hollering for help. This is a LONG way from original question.
