This post in the Rehabbing Forum was correctly answered in the Tax Strategies Forum, but in the Rehabbing Forum the answers are way off target.
Suggest the post in the Rehabbing Forum be deleted. Request moderators move tax related topics to the Tax Strategies Forum.
