What are you looking for when doing your due dilligence work for a LOP?

Thanks/Jim

    Jim,

legal owners of property, property value along with comps, any liens, judgements, back taxes against property, and a home inspection to determine costs of any repairs needed. Good Luck.

not sure if I get this.
I can tell you this for sure.
No one moves in until lease and option is signed & paid.
If dude falls and cracks his head open before contracts are signed your in deep crap.

    good luck,

Sorry the original post should say, we were supposed to meet and sign the lease on the 30th of March. They want to sign and pay early, the 18th. He only wants to pay what he would have orignally paid to move in 1 April though, not for the 19-31. [ Edited by yashica23 on Date 03/10/2005 ]
