Due Diligence Workshops?

I signed up for a free online Due Diligence workshop and I'm curious if anyone has participated in anything like that before?
I'm just wondering how it's done and if you felt like an online session was helpful at all. It's only an hour long, so I'm worried about all of my questions being answered. (I am allowed to email questions before hand though, so I guess I can do that to get them answered.)
I know people often spend a lot of money to go to seminars about this stuff, so I feel a little bit 'iffy' because this is free, but I'll let you know how it goes!

if it's free, what's the web adress?

It's www.taxsale.com. Sorry, I meant to mention it before, it's the other tax deed/lien site that I research tax sales on.

OH and I was also wondering (if there is anyone here who looks at these forums and the taxsale forums) if anyone went to the first workshop that www.taxsale.com had??[ Edited by sara_t on Date 10/21/2004 ]

Can anyone recommend a one-stop-shopping website or resource for large amounts of due diligence research, like Illinois or other 18% or 18%+ states, even if it costs a small subscription or little bit of money. Thank you. **Please See My Profile**
    :-?

I've been looking forsomething like this too, but haven't found anything! I'd love to know this answer as well grin (On www.taxsale.com you can buy lists of tax-defaulted properties that have some information onthem, but you still have to do most of your own due diligence)
