Double Closing And Contingencies Questions....
I hear so many opinions of Double Closing and how its a fine line between it being legal and illegal. Anyone know the real facts in legalities regarding Double Closing Escrows? If it is certainly legal, what is the best contingency to use in this area of buying and selling simultanously? Thank you for your attention on this.
