Doing Subject To In Texas?

Is anyone doing "Subject to" in Texas?

If so, any advice on good attorneys to use for closing familiar with this type of transaction, especially near Houston?

Also, any particular issues to be aware of in Texas?

Thanks for any input.

Have you been renting out for a year and then selling, or are you mainly flipping (& placing the wrap into the new mortgage) or long-term holds? How have you been handling the situation?
Thanks for all of the info. Very much appreciated!
