Does Lease Purchasing Work In The New Jersey/NY Area?
I know that lease purchasing can be done in the New Jersey/ New York area but do you know anyone who has been successful with it in my area recently? I've just started learning about the lease purchase process and I'm interested in eventually putting together a few deals myself. I've been "burned" in the past with buying programs on real estate to find out later that it's very difficult to use a certain type of real-estate strategy in my area. I am also curious regarding lease purchase in The NY metro area. Seeing that you would have to pay a minuim of $300,000 for anything and with annual taxes a of $5000 the carrying costs are very high .
