Does JL's $189.00 Course Include Forms Needs?
For those of you who have bought John Lock's course, which one has the contracts in it? I only see that the $697 package has them, but one of the reviews says that the $189 package has everything needed including the forms. Can someone please clarify.
Thanks
yes
Yes what?
Are you saying "Yes" the $189 course has them or doesn't?
Thanks for the follow up.

Yes
Thanks very much for answering back so quickly. I am going to order his course. Can't wait to get it.
Thanks again.
I'm looking at ordering the $700 one when my money situation works out. What exactly does it include that is worth 500 more bucks?
Thanks,
T
It's a good course and you'll get the forms you can edit on his website. However make sure you get them checked out by an attorney to get them specific in ILLINOIS. Those forms are for Nevada =)

Could someone tell me what is the different between the $200 and $700 material? I see the website says that the $200 is updated for 2004 so is it the one I should go for ?
Thanks for your advise

These words are from the horses mouth.
"The difference is the manual will get you deals, but you will still have a learning curve, the course puts you on the fast track in your investing career with knowledge way beyond the norm, some students have their first deal within a week or so after reading and studying the course, not all however do."

And? How was your experience since going through his course?
This is what Derrick posted in the review section right after taking the course.

Hello all,
I am looking for feedback from others on this site that have bought the manuals or taken the course. Can you share with us? Thanks
Hello again,
Just following up from my first post. I received John's training manual($189) a few weeks ago. It is fantastic. The forms are included and you can also get them off his special web site. I emailed John with several questions and within hours I got a thourough response from him. My friends don't even reply that quick. Just being able to access John anytime I want is money well spent and probably is the biggest plus of buying his www.manual.I have spent a few thousand on other courses during my study and they usually only include a few months of free contact. By the time you are have a deal and have a question, your time is up. Not with John. I am in the process of interviewing attorneys to make sure my forms are state specific at this point. I highly reccomend his course. Thanks John Locke,
