Does Attorney For The Mortgage Company Want To Stop A Sale Or Do They Want It?
i still need help and i want to know if the attorney for the mortgage company dislike stopping a courthouse step sale? i really need help on know how i can stop the sale untill we can finish the deal? any suggestions?
You can stop the sale by
1) reinstating the loan
2) paying off the loan
3) getting the lender to postpone the date. Can be due to a workout plan with the homeowner, contract for sale and purchase, possible short sell, etc.
4) homeowner filing bankruptcy
5) getting a lawyer to file a motion or something relevant to foreclosures in your state to buy time
