Does Anyone Do Land Deals - Or Discuss Land Here?

Is there any place within TCI to discuss land deals? The search function doesn't yield much... is that because land flipping, subdividing, etc. isn't discussed much around these parts... or is it because there isn't a forum focused on land deals?

Land has been discussed quite often as of lately. Most of the land threads can be found in the Developer forum(http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/ViewForum26-1517.html).
