Does Anybody Work With An Attorneys With Those People Who Are In Foreclosure?
I mean is it worth investing of my time to call an attorneys, promise them some money if the deal works and trough them try to find the owner of the property?
Should I work with an attorneys on foreclosure deals? Does anybody has an experience. Thanks a lot folks. D.
Find attorneys who deal with real estate and estates. You want to deal with attorneys who handle bank REO's and those who are handling estates for people who are dead or incapacitated (Probate/Guardianship).
what about those who handle client's foreclosure case?
Anybody, attorney or otherwise, who's handling a trustee's sale, for beneficiary, has a fiduciary duty to the beneficiary and CANNOT represent anybody else in the deal...and has to do everything according to the "book" and law.
So that person cannot help you, me, or anybody else except the beneficiary of the deed of trust. His failure to do exactly that may get him sued.
Oh, I see. Thanks so much for your help.
My problem is, I can not locate almost 70% of property owners and I don't know how to find them to make a deal. Maybe you'll have an idea on that. Thanks.
