Does An LLC Protect You From EVERYTHING?
For example, I read about one guy who was sued because the tenant said that the junk that the landlord threw out was worth $20k. What about someone accused you of discrimination? How about if you got permission to enter the property from someone who was home, but the person listed on the lease starts saying that you should not have entered without their permission? Just looking for some feedback on the limitations of LLC's.
