Does anybody invest in properties in Virginia, North Carolina and Mississippi?
I was planning to go over there and check it out more up close
what do you think?
well thank you.
Are hampton and newport News good areas to invest?
I contacted an agent over there and he is trying to sell me an apartment building over there.
Oh, Mississippii, because I ve seen a lot of cheap properties there over the internet.
what area of VI IS GOOD TO FLIP PROPERTIES?[ Edited by Ks31man on Date 12/16/2004 ]
I have family in MI and know that there are some incredibly cheap house for sale over there. Seem to make for great section 8 rentals. Many of these areas are not high class or even middle class, so research and screen your renters.
are you talking about Michigan? If so, which city is it?

Are you asking about Michigan (MI) or Mississippi (MS)?
I might understand NC and VA since they are adjoining states, but why MI or MS?

yes, this is what I am planning to do. Hire a management company and rent to Section 8 renters only
VI ?
I suspect the Virgin Islands would be fairly expensive property to maintain. Everything has to be imported.
Hi Colinl22,
are you talking about Michigan? If so, which city is it?
