I have never heard of such a thing. If I received a "Brochure" from an investor telling me about L/O, and I had never done one, I would throw it away. When you are asking a seller to give you a L/O you need to present it in such a way as to seem win/win. A brochure cannot do that. You need to be there to explain certain things, and answer questions. A brochure will not give the buyer a sence of comfort, or a personality. As far as L/O go, do the asking in person.
