Do You Have A Financing Forum?
I am a specialty Mortgage Broker that does mainly investor and foreign national financing. I am also a real estate investor. Before I did loans I was always looking for creative financing programs for my situations. My experience is that no broker can do every loan and this can limit the deals many times an investor can do. In the loan business we have forum sites that let you post your loan situations and others can respond with offers to help or point you in the right direction. We have done this in the past. It was too much hustling going on, so we shut it down.
