Hi all i live in queens NY and i wanted to know if anyone knows any attorneys that do double closings or simul closings ... thanks

I am not sure why you posted this question, I would think that your first step would be to contact a few real estate attorneys in your area to see if they handle this type of transaction.

I would suggest asking about open title closes.

john i did start calling attorneys and they had no clue what i was talking about.. Is open title close the same as double and simultaneous closes??
