As long as the logo is not too colorful and distracts the reader! In any case a simple letter head with your personal or your companies name with a return address and contact information works well.[ Edited by worknomore on Date 10/17/2005 ]

I would NEVER put the words "I BUY HOUSES" or something simular on the front of a letter I wanted read.

There are all kinds of creative methods to make sure people read what you want them to read.

Here is one that we use.

I call it my Mary letter.

Materials you will need for foreclosure mailing campaign

    1 piece of white paper
    Yellow pads
    Felt tip pen
    Copier
    White envelopes
    Rubber stamp
    37 cent stamps
    Mailing list

    What you do

Step 1 On a plain sheet of paper, using a yellow pad underneath, you stay on the lines this way, write a letter to the type of subject you’re mailing.

Step 2 Tear off the yellow pad paper and load into copy machine, copying from white letter to yellow paper.

Step 3 Same person who wrote letter writes in the addressees name on the yellow letter usinfg the same pen

Step 4 same person write addressee name on the white envelope.

Step 5 using rubber stamp, stamp return address. Note about rubber stamp: the rubber stamp is hand written made from the same person who wrote the letters.

    Step 6 apply 37-cent stamp.

We use the name Mary as the person who sent the letter. When someone calls and they say is Mary there we know that they are in foreclosure.

Now if you’re not target marketing mail out postcards..

    IBuyHousesInc,
What kind of response rate do you see with your mailing campaigns to these pre-foreclosure leads?
