Difference In A TCO And CO On Condos
Have a developer that is trying to make us and our clients close on condo units with a TCO on the building (Temp certificate of Ocupancy) and not let us move in till the individual units gets a CO. does anyboby know how she can make us take title and then say sorry you cant move in?? Seems crazy??any comments please.
