Destin, FL Beach Location Rental Market?
I'm very new to real estate investing but am pretty sure that I have a strong bias against negative cashflow deals and counting on enormous appreciation to bail me out of deals. From talking to a few people it seems to me that the Destin, FL condo rental market is not for me. What I am hearing is that to get positive cash flow on a beachfront unit, you to put something like 35-60% down. Is this accurate?
