you're going to have to search for a little bit in the search engines.
try "tax collector cincinati ohio" or "property appraiser cincinati ohio" or public records cincinati, or county clerk.
It may take a while, or you could wait until working hours on moday, look in the yellow pages and call one of the offices I just mentioned and see if they have a website where you can access the public records database.
