Derrick-14 day challenge question

Hey Derrick..Chris Here
I'm almost set to accept the 14D.C...I only have one reserve,I have been accused by my wife as having one flaw..I'm a perfectionist and as such(that she constantly points out)..is if I don't understand something or know how to do something, I won't attempt it..which brings me to my hesitency and what if question...What if someone was to walk up to me after seeing my magnetic signs or someone responds to my ad and starts asking ME questions about my service?..I don't know enough about the PACtrust/EHtrust procedure to explain it, and looking at it from their point of view, I would end the conversation right then and there if the person I was speaking with couldn't answer any questions..and also if they did want to continue, how would I address you to them..as my advisor, partner, guy with the brains? what?...just wondering

    CMON:

    Try this for a script:

This is what the MEAT of the PACTrust/EHTrust property Acquisition method entails---

    "If, rather than selling today,
you will put the property into an inter-vivos trust (Title-Holding Trust) and
then make me your co-beneficiary for three years,
I will lease the property for that time and handle 100% of all costs,
    100% of the payments and
    100% of the management: and
at the end of that time(3 Yeays)
I will retire your loan and pay you all of your current equity in full."

(read Full-Asking Price or Mortgage Paid Off)

The devil in the details can all bre handled by NARS documentation offices. Or after you become well versed and comfortable with doing all of your own paperwork (Perfectionist style) then you can handle all of your deals in house!

But I wouldn't suggest it on your first deal or two!

    I hope this helps!

    cmon101,
I see you have the same problem I do.I feel the same way about not knowing something enough and being comfortable with it.I`m not a good BS`er or fly by the seat of my pants.
Derrick`s reply I think helps out a lot and it`s just something you have to do a lot to get good at it.If you say something inaccurate most people wont even know.
I see your from St Augustine,my wife and I were married there at the Amore wedding chapel. We go there all the time we just live over in marion county south of Ocala and Bellview.

    Hey Kurt..nice to meet you
I haven't been to your area for quite some time..my father took me to lake weir when I was like 10 years old...never went back after he died a few years later......
and yes it's tough to start this venture,I guess because I have been in sales for over 11 years and I was always taught that if you understand your product and believe in your product..the sales part come easy...I believe in the formula..I would just feel more at ease selling the idea,if I understood it...I think I will continue to eat the crumbs that fall from this forums table of experienced investors and when I have digested enough I will sign that challenge form and then start buying til it hurts
