Default Of Sub-2 Property

does anyone have or can you point me to a good boiler plate sub-2 agreements.



Several properties in the area have defaulted where the trustor is not the owner of record. A couple were the product of living trust action, gifts, etc others were clearly sub-2.



So I want to see some sample sub-2 agreements.



The person that sole the property is on the hook for the sub-2 buyers delinquency, so is approaching them a tool to control the deal. and hold the DOS over their head by buying the note.
